		<description>Hi Melissa,

I have spoken with one of our physicians, and she has said the following:

&quot;If the endometrial ablation was done for the purposes of reducing heavy uterine bleeding, it is highly unlikely to be reversible. You might want to consult with a gyn surgeon or a reproductive endocrinologist to make absolutely certain. However, I think it would be likely you would need a gestational surrogate to conceive a pregnancy.&quot;

Please do not hesitate to call our New Patient Coordinators if you have any further questions at 888-834-3095.

		<description>Dear Worried,

Unfortunately we would not be able to assist you. The current PFC physicians are new owners since your treatment in 1996 and cannot answer the question. There is no way to access any chart for investigation. If Dr. Zouves was your physician in 1996, he now has a solo practice in the Bay Area. He may be able to answer your question.

		<description>Why don&#039;t you call our new patient guides at 888-834-3095 . They can check if any records are still available and set up a phone consult with one of our physicians.</description>

		<description>I have a question, I had IVF at Pacific Fertility Clinic in 1996. I have a healthy set of 14 year old twins....thank you. I have just tested positive for Hepatitis C. I am trying to determine if preliminary blood tests included screening for Hepatitis C in 1996. I am trying to determine when/where I contracted Hep C. Were there guidelines like there are now that included testing for Hep C?

Thanks.
